They answered any queries I had, and when I ran out of toothpaste, provided some along with other toiletries I requested. The internet service was also easy to use and didn't require me to jump through hoops like a lot of other hotels' systems do. January 25, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ehhhhh.... Overall, it's an okay and safe place to stay. The front desk needs some work. We checked in early and the guy have us sarcastic attitude about arriving early. I informed him I called ahead and was given the okay by his manager. His attitude continued until he realized I was a member of the club, then he was very pleasant and felt embarrassed. He was so confused at check in, he charged me per night and not for the total stay. I honestly felt bad for him he had no clue what he was doing. Breakfast is THE worst part of this hotel. It all tasts very cheap and fake! There are not many choices. The pancake machine makes the most disgusting food I have ever had!!! January 22, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Close to NYc Our room was not cleaned very well before check in. My wife went to go use a towel and a huge hair ball fell from it. Needless to say we didn't use it. The carpet in our room had holes in it in several places. On our last day there I was loading the car and a service staff person just opens our room door without knocking and sees my wife in just her bra and underwear. When we return in the summer we will not be staying here again. January 18, 2016
