Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New facility, clean, friendly This hotel is new and it is obvious in the facility itself with nice furniture, new fresh carpet and all public areas were very clean. The staff is very friendly. Each time I departed or arrived I was greeted by the front desk. The value is great with breakfast included. There is a "green" option provided in terms of having the bedding and towels cleaned every day versus "when needed". I would stay at this hotel again for sure. July 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Roaches, Mold or Mildew and non-working stuff I should have known what to expect when entering the first floor and smelling mold or mildew. Other guests were talking about the odor as we waited for the elevator. Thankfully there was no smell on the third floor. However, there was a dead roach on the floor in bathroom. The shower did not work, it would only stay on 30 seconds at the most and then just run water through the tub faucet. There were two lights on each side of the mirror and the one on the right side did not work. There was no service available apparently as we told the front desk about the shower and light issue, no change. I informed the the front desk of the shower and roach issue on check-out and there was no apology, only a thnak you for letting us know (what they should have already known). June 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean. Rooms, good location First night our air conditioner was out so I called the desk & was told they had no available room to move into. Had no sleep due to heat. The carpet by the bed & air conditioner was soaking wet. The next morning @ 11:45 am we were moved to another room. The room was cool but the light in the bathroom was out and they had no replacement bulbs so had to move a lamp from the night stand to the bathroom. Maybe it just wasn't our weekend. Class reunion went on. The manager was to call us back about a discount on the first night but we never heard a word from anyone. Poor Management, I would say! June 19, 2015
