Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not good If you are a lite sleeper. On first night, I couldn't sleep all night and there were children jumping off their bed and running across the room above mine, All Night! I complained at 10:pm, and 1:am Finally at 2:45am, after I called the police, did management offer me another room. Now get this... I had originally asked for a 1st floor near the Jacuzzi, because of my bad back. The other room offered at 3:am was 2nd floor, absolutely the farthest room from the Jacuzzi in the entire building. I could only work half the next day. Then, finally two days later did another manager see and understand my plight who offered me my last day's stay on the house. Too Little Too Late in my book. The damage was already done. The walls and ceiling are so thin that you can almost hear what people in the next rooms are saying. I saw other peoples privates hair in the tub(s). 2nd floor room was so HOT, even with the air 100% on High, my room was about 95°. August 20, 2015

The only negative experience was the first night, when I was moved into a downgraded room, charged for the more expensive one I booked-and the manager didn't bother to inform me of either until I actually walked into the room they gave me (did they not think I would notice?). The staff member was friendly, offered a discount, and was able to get me into the correct room the next night (I suspect they double-booked the room on accident, but whatever). I appreciate the response, but I don't think they were expecting me to call them on it (which is reprehensible). August 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and staff. Grounds and room were very clean and the staff was great. The only issue was that it sounded like the people in the room above us were going to come through the ceiling. Other than that hotel was very nice. August 19, 2015
