I had to check in early due to surgery that afternoon to allow my guest to stay and they accommodated me nicely and allowed us to check in very early. July 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Check in was most unpleasant Reserved and paid for room 6 weeks in advance to get lower rate. At check-in I was told I needed to present physical credit card that paid for the room or I would need to present another card which would be charged for the room, and the original credit card would be refunded. No where during the reservation process is the purchaser told of this requirement. You are told you will need to present ID and A credit card. I didn't have the card with me, and if I didn't allow them to charge another card I wouldn't be allowed to check in and I would lose my original payment. The desk clerk explained that the manager uses this process to avoid chargebacks and fraudulent charges. All it meant to me is I had pay for the room again and wait to get my money back on the other card. After the 1.5 hours of arguing and trying to get help from IHG I finally relented and gave the money they demanded. At this point it didn't matter how nice the room was, I was very unhappy. On the bright side it was for only one night. Take advantage of the lower pay in advance rate at your peril and remember to bring the actual credit card you made the purchase with no matter how far in advance you paid. July 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Was impressed with the number of outlets for devices - USB ports, HDMI ports, over 8 outlets on desks, bed stands, counter. Breakfast was hot and there was a lot of variety. Room was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. and the hotel exceeded my expectations July 1, 2015
