Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very loud We were awakened from a deep sleep by loud laughing, running up and down the halls, doors slamming from a bus load of athletes. I called the front desk and told them about my displeasure. The front desk clerk asked me if I asked them to settle down and be quiet. I responded," that was his responsibility. He the asked me what rooms? I responded " I was in room #309 and he should figure out who is disturbing his guests. He then said he did not know who to contact. I asked him if he let a bus load of people have rooms without having one person who was responsible for them? Finally after three call back from him the noise stopped! Very horrible experience!!!!!!!!! May 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy access, clean, comfy beds, great staff and service. I loved staying at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff is attentive and the service is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's easy to adjust the temps for comfort. Frig and microwave available, and lots of fluffy towels. Coffee and TEAS are offered in each room. This Holiday Inn is close to a shopping center. May 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay We stayed 2 days here at the end of our stay in USA. The first morning the cleaners were in the corridor and the trolley was outside our door when we went out so we were surprised when we returned to find our room had not been serviced. We went to reception and asked fot coffee as it had not been replenished but at no time did reception apologise for the lack of service. On leaving we again said the room had not been serviced but yet again no apology was given. In the bathroom it stated that if anything was missing we would be compensated, therefore besides an apology a little deduction would have been welcome. This was the third Holiday inn we had used during our stay and the previous two were excellent. May 8, 2015
