Wi-Fi was out; used towels were removed but not replaced; floor of room was dirty (old dried up food on the floor between the beds); fan in bathroom did not work; towel bar in bathroom coming off wall; wallpaper peeling.
Breakfast was good; common areas were clean and well maintained; Business Center was handy considering we had no Wi-Fi. Desk staff was courteous and responsive. Housekeeping staff could use some additional training.

Restroom had hair in floor, tub and hanging towels and it wasn't mine. Title missing on base board. Tissue box empty and coffee pot didn't work. Had to switch it out myself because girl couldn't leave desk. She also didn't recognize me as a platinum member and I didn't get my 500 points she offered. Also didn't get my express check out. Had to go to front desk and get which took him 15 mins. to print.
Hotel Is dated.

his was a rush business trip and happy to get a restful night in a clean room. The odor of cigarettes in prevalent in the halls, but my room was odor free. Good staff and breakfast.

I was traveling on business and the hotel seemed like a place more for families on vacation. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

We called the property to make a reservation and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally made the reservation on-line but was unable to get my questions answered before making reservation.
When we arrived about 9:00 pm there were several in-coming phone calls and people being checked in. The front desk should be better staffed.
The bathroom was in much need of repair. Paint was peeling and the shower walls had been scared with something sharp. The room was clean however the corners in the bathroom had not been cleaned for a long time.
The following morning for breakfast, yogurt and hard boiled eggs were not available that day.
Not one of the better facilities that we have stayed in.
