Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean, spacious rooms The rooms were very nice and well decorated. As well as being larger than most hotel rooms, the rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. The interior and lobby were also nicely decorated and created a relaxing atmosphere. One could easily sit back and enjoy relaxing in the lobby for a spell. April 20, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff I was not greeted as a Spire Elite member or even as a priority club member. On my reservation, I had requested a first floor room and an upgrade if possible. I didn't receive either. I wasn't offered a gift bag or bonus points. After I got settled into my 3rd floor standard room, I went down to the front desk to personally request the bonus point reward to be added to my account. I stated to the clerk that every time I stay at this property, I never receive my welcome bonus points and have to make several phone calls three to four weeks later to get them added to my account. Their excuse is that it's a corporate issue, not the hotel issue. I stayed March 31st and checked out April 1st. It's April 15th and I haven't received my points yet. This week, I stayed in Lubbock and Sherman and received my bonus points the day I checked in. This will be the last time I stay at this property. April 15, 2016
