Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GoodStay I stayed one night here, and while the circumstances for my stay were somewhat stressful I found the hotel and my room comfortable and relaxing, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay, very convenient for the train station and shops, I will be staying again next time I need to travel to Slough. May 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Central place to travel from. Rooms good standard. And the proximity to the railway did not disturb the sleep. You must be very light sleeper to notice all the traintraffic. Suprisingly quiet. Just some footsteps to the station and possibilities to travel to many sights (Legoland, Windsor, Maidenhead, London, etc) Staf was very polite and welcoming. I would like the staf to let used towels hang on the bath, when they are left hanging in the towelrack. No need to change towels every day. So nice if the hotel try to follow their own policy on this one. Breakfast OK. But as a foreigner, I would like a little more variety. Much sweet choises, but not much salt. Some sliced tomato, cucumber, paprika, and possibly something meat? Not last time we stay here. :-) May 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good-value hotel except for the obstructed sinks The hotel is well located and clean. The overall service is well worth the price. Staff are available and friendly. It is not that easy to understand how the electricy works for a non-English guest. The sinks should be checked more often, since both in 403 and 402 they were stuck. May 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by One to Miss Centrally situated this hotel looked a great location for my business stay. Car parking facilities were appalling - 26 spaces for 8 story hotel - usage of railway station car park not recommended as very expensive but probably only other option. Proximity to Slough station made it very noisy even through hours of night. Food choices, even for an Express version were very poor and extremely limited. This may be OK for a weekend away - possibly quieter? On the up side, staff were very efficient and friendly but could not solve the inherent problems of position, noise or food in the short term. Room was comfortable and clean, but I sometimes felt that I was using a sleeping bag on the platform of Slough station. Will definitely not be using again May 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Hotel We arrived just as the kitchen was about to shut for the night but it was not a problem for the staff to arrange for a meal for my wife and I. This was excellent customer service and was above and beyond what was expected. The hotel was clean as with every Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed at. The staff where very friendly and attentive at all times and could not be faulted. May 17, 2015
