Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and good location The staff were very friendly. The hotel looks nice from the outside and has free parking. Downside is that the parking did not look very safe but we had no trouble there at all so it was just a feeling we had. Check in went smoothly with very helpful staff and staff being kind to our young children. Manager of the hotel helped us find our room when we seemed lost. Room (family room) was good, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 young children. Modern, up to date and everything we needed. It was a bit warm though and did not seem to cool down with the a/c. Beds were not super comfortable so that could be improved. Bathroom was small but with a large shower and all working well. The room was nice and dark and fairly quiet at night (some noisy guests in the hall but that can't be helped). The breakfast room was nice (it has a small play area for children), breakfast was very basic but fine for us. July 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not another airport flophouse This hotel is pleasant although extremely busy. The room was comfortable, clean and I slept very well. Breakfast is no banquet but perfectly adequate and included in the room cost. the bathroom was in beautiful condition and had everything I needed. In short I can recommend this establishment to anyone. July 23, 2015

Achtung Taxi vom Flughafen extrem teuer !! Netes Prsonal und gute, leise Zimmer trotz Nähe zum Flughafen. Grande Katastrophe beim Frühstück. July 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just another number We thought we would try this IHG airport hotel for a change, but would never stay again. The room was so hot and no one seemed to care. As we were leaving before the breakfast started at 6 am we asked for a little jam and butter for the bread we had bought for our breakfast. After being told very rudely we do not do take away breakfast we asked for a manager who apologised and gave us a little jam. Unfortunately the damage had been done. July 20, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just OK Have stayed here many times in the past but the staff this time were surly and showed very little interest in guests. As always I asked for a room on the top floor, but I was refused one. Amazingly, as I stay there regularly, I have never seen the same member of staff twice which makes one wonder that the managers are far from pleasant to work for. As one of the most expensive Holiday Inn Express's, one would expect a slightly better standard but regrettably, it is the other way round. July 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I hate loud wallpaper music Very conveniently located. Polite and attentive staff. Good quality of amenities that I have come to expect from HIExpress. However, including the somewhat uninspired breakfast options. Had a long wait to check in but not the fault of the staff. Staff did apologise. A guided queuing system would help (at least to discourage queue jumpers). The wallpaper music in the lobby was so loud that it was difficult to hear the softly spoken reception desk staff.
