Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service We arrived at 2AM, exhausted and ready to hit the pillow. Someone was at the desk ready to serve us and let us in. The following morning, my mom, who was also staying there, needed a shower cap and lotion. It was not in her room. I went to the front desk to see if they had some and, BINGO, there it was. Check out was simple. I had to do nothing. Overall guest services were top rate. September 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by excellent staff ......but I was put in room 113 which is right next to the mechanical room. there was something seriously wrong going on in the mechanical room. Something was very loud when starting up and the entire time it ran. It was louder than the TV. This ran twice an hour all night for the entire week stay. I did talk to the front desk and they were very polite and said they would turn in a ticket on it and asked if I wanted a different room and I did say no just fix the problem. It didn't get any better for my stay. September 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by If you have to be in Jacksonville, this is the place to stay. I am not very fond of the cinnamon rolls I find at most Holiday Inn Espress breakfast bars. Other than that, everything was great except that the pool closes too early. I wish hotels would at least keep it open until 11:00 pm on week nights and midnight on weekends. Jacksonville is a little short of restatraunts and things to do, but that is no reflection on this hotel. If you are crossing West Central Illinois, this is a good place to stay. September 7, 2015

We always have very comfortable sleep, fantastic breakfast with hot, moist cinnamon rolls, and great looking bananas. The staff are always expecting all your needs and then have the information there for you. We make a point to stay at this property because we feel so comfortable during our short stay. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bugs and dirty linens My initial room was a cold 60 degrees when I entered. I had to turn the heat on in August. My room also had dead cockroach on the floor as well as 20 live bugs and beetles in and around the bed. When I was moved to a new room the second night, one bed was not made up with fresh linens, it was rumpled and dirty with black hairs. Also the remote didn't work but at that point I just was glad to be in a room where bugs weren't crawling on me. Oh and the discount I was promised? No where to be found at check out! August 24, 2015
