Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, great jacuzzi in the bedroom, great staff. "I've stayed at plenty of Holiday Inn's, but this one was the best to date....hands down!! Everything was spot on. The suites have plenty of room, comfortable, convenient and quiet. It is real close to Weeki Wachee and only minutes from all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast assortment is plentiful. The king suite with jacuzzi in the bedroom is totally awesome: it is a deep tub with strong jets, that don't quit. Whenever I come to my house in Spring Hill, I stay several nights at this hotel. It's my home away from home. Love the king suite with Jacuzzi Tub in bedroom! The staff and the manager/owner are the best ...they are friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to make make us (guests) happy. April 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Average to poor customer service We were on an extended stay visiting relatives in the area. I am a long time Rewards Member so I am very familiar with the hotel chain. The facility was clean and the room other than the air conditioning system was acceptable. Our reception at check in was good. Dawn represents the chain favorably. The downside of our visit begins when we get to our room. The toilet had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Dawn responded at once and showed concern. The next day we discovered the iron did not work. We spoke with Teresa who had a could care less attitude. Our air conditioner left a very strong musty smell. This also was addressed with Teresa and nothing was done during our stay. The coffee machine in the room did not work. I certainly would not want Teresa representing me as a manager of the hotel. I am doubtful of staying there again. April 20, 2015
