If you're in a relationship long enough; spouse, friend, co-worker, employee, boss, vendor/supplier or someone you do business with, there is going to be a problem. What really quantifies the QUALITY of the relationship then, is how things are handled when there is a little snafu. We had a small issue during check in, and the front desk JUMPED and bent over backwards to rectify the issue both efficiently and effectively. TOP NOTCH!! June 26, 2015

In April I had a one night stay at this Hotel in St. Louis. The front desk was busy, which is fine, however the one lady at the front had issues multi tasking. Prior to me, she called two other guest the wrong name at the end of the interaction. When it was my turn in line, she answered the phone twice and even called me by the wrong name. I corrected her and told her that it was fine. Somehow my credit card was charged for my one night stay, and then two days later for someone else's two night stay. I have called the hotel and was told that they did not charge my care for any nights other than the one I stayed. Even once I explained that I see the charge on my card, I was told that was not possible. My credit card company has been contacted and it's still an issue almost two months later. This has caused me a lot of hassle and I will not longer be staying with any Holiday Inn Brand. June 26, 2015

We were traveling through on business, had four rooms, and she had us all assigned ahead of time to be close to each other, which was great. We had no troubles with this hotel, had a very comfortable night's stay, and easy check-out in the morning. June 18, 2015
