Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Breakfast The Holiday Inn at The Villages is very centrally located for the reason I chose it, Leesburg Bike fest. The staff and accommodations were what I expected from an establishment of this caliber. The grounds were very clean and the landscaping was beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or return to enjoy this facility. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Option We've stayed at this property before, and while never being disappointed, neither had we been impressed. This last trip was a different experience. We booked the room at the last minute so we could give up the guest room at my in-laws, and we couldn't have been much more pleased with our choice. We were in a 'accessible' room that had been updated since our last stay, and it was quite lovely. Staff was impeccably polite and overall experience was a relief from the stress of our visit. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation Confusion We made 2 different reservations instead of extending the first one in order to get a better rate. The first was for 2 nights and the second for one night. We told this information to the room reservation person on check-in. When we returned to the hotel on the third evening, our door cards did not work. We went to the desk and were told that we had been checked out. Luckily our belongings were still in the room, however we were told that the room could have been given to another guest. She treated us rudely, complained about the computers not working properly, and told us to just wait while she attempted to check on our reservation. Finally we were given activated cards and we accessed our room. The experience was not pleasant. April 21, 2015
