Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Tyler location. Could use a boost in food options and certain amenities in order to justify the slightly higher room cost (in comparison to other IHG properties), but overall was a great stay.

I have stayed with Holiday Inn before but never this location in Tyler, TX. The experience was one I would not like to go through again. I had to make 2 reservations even though I was staying 2 consecutive days. The housekeepers kept coming in my room after I checked in. The shower had long hair everywhere. My credit card was charged twice even though I explained to the agents how my reservation was to be taken care of. To this day, I am still trying to get my money back that they charged extra. What's worse is on Saturday, I had to come to the front desk to check out and re-check in even though I was the same person and the same reservation. There appeared to be no communication between the staff and no apologies were made for the inconveniences I experienced. If I am in Tyler again, I will NEVER stay st this location again nor recommend it to anyone else.
