I checked into the hotel, put my bags in the room and went down the street to dinner. When I returned to the hotel, my key card would not open the door. On site maintenance tried but failed to open the door. I told him that I have been in this situation before and the problem proved to be dead batteries. He acted as if he did not want to listen to my suggestion. The hotel manager called another maintenance man from another site. I waited in the hall for 30 to 40 minutes before they offered me a room down the hall to wait. In the end, it took over an hour to get me into the room and guess what, it was the batteries in the door lock. If I had access to a screw driver and four AA batteries, I would have been in my room in a few minutes. Very poor experience!!!

The lady at the front was very friendly, we have stayed here a few times and she remember us from our last visit, which had been over a month ago. This makes you feel at home.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one. Love the poeple who work at this Hotel they made me feel better then at home. Outstanding hospitality all of them friendly and professional. special thansk to the night owl for listening and helping me out with my last minute reservation.
