Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very good value hotel A 5 minute walk from Watford Junction station brings you to this Holiday Inn Express. The area in which it is situated is nothing special - a dual carriageway and a few grocery shops, but the hotel is set back from the road and I didn't get any noise. Main pluses for this hotel were that the staff were really great - friendly and efficient - and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. A good sized room and big desk. That's all I want really when away for business. May 21, 2015

The hotel at Watford provided for all my needs perfectly and I experienced the usual comfort, reliability, efficient staff, cleanliness that I have come to expect. May 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonable Stay in my Home Town WYSIWYG - its a typical HI express and we had a comfy stay with no issues Breakfast could be improved as is a little chaotic but for a freebie its not bad and you cant blame the hotel for the rude guests we experienced ! Bed gave a good nights sleep and our room was clean and cosy - we had to sleep with the window open and the noise was OK despite the hotels location If you were without a car its location to the station is fantastic Parking costs were quite steep and should be reviewed but don't think these are set by the hotel as its not owned by them - very limited spaces too and quite tight to park May 16, 2015
