Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service wasnt that great We arrived about an hour early to check in and decided to see if our room was ready. The lobby was full of people & the lady checking me in said well the system says its dirty Ill go up and check on your room ###. I was shocked that she said my room number outloud. The lady behind me was checking in as well & while they were checking on mine they were going to see if theirs was ready... Well she blurted out her room number. I said before you go... do you mind checking to make sure we are close to my sisters room since she is staying here as well. We don't have the last name since we are married & she just blurted out my sisters room number even though she was there yet. Moral of the story is... 1. the lady didn't know if I really knew my sister or not but gave me her room number anyway. 2. I didn't know the people in the lobby and was NOT very happy that she just blurted out my room number. Oh & when we came back to check in (because our room wasn't ready#, she tried to give me someone elses papers & their room number. So now I know four peoples room numbers & none of them were close to where my sister was staying. Oh well. Glad it was only for one night. The staff weren't all that friendly, but the refreshments #cookies and lemonade) were great. The paint job in the rooms were horrible. We slept well. We are reward members but were not greeted or treated as one as I have been at the other hotels. June 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy room Shortly after checking in and unpacking, immediately noticed noise and running of children's feet in room above us. We had gone there for the reason of quiet and rest. I called the front desk, explained our dilemma, she said they were pretty booked, I asked if she could please check if another room was available, and to please call me back either way.She said yes that she would. No call came. Needless to say, we listened to running feet and and noise for the 2 days we stayed. No call even after another day to see if we still wanted another room. to pay that amount and NOT be able to sleep, well we were disappointed to say the least. June 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid Desk Agent "Mina" at all costs Mina was a problem from the start. She messed up my reservations and two others couple's reservations in my party as we reserved a block of rooms for a wedding. Even as I stood in front of her and walked her thru which reservations I needed to add and edit, she did the exact opposite! She gave me incorrect information about payment options and I spent 2 days on the phone with my out of town bank because I of it. When another guest in our party asked about her room not being in the wedding block, Mina snapped at her and made some rude comment under her breath. Our troubles started months beforehand when we called to confirm 3x and each time she said there wasn't a reservation under our name....when we got there we were going to be charged for 4 rooms!!! If you need help, ask someone else or call back when she's not there- you'll save yourself a headache! Other than her, the entire staff was wonderful. June 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Glitches We checked in in the afternoon and turned on the AC . We're gone about three hours and room was not as cool as it had been, but ok. Got ready for bed...I always travel with a small fan. The lighting is set up on a weird system which only allows ALL LIGHTS ON AT ONCE OR ALL LIGHTS OFF AT ONCE. So couldn't read my book. In the meantime I walked barefoot over to the AC and discovered the floor was soaking wet! I called the desk and reported the problems with the AC and the lighting. She said she was busy and would call me "right back". In the meantime I saw that the one outlet where the clock was plugged in was working. So I could plug my fan in by unplugging the clock. After fifteen minutes of waiting for the front desk to call me back I called down there again. This time a second person answered. They're still busy. It's almost midnight... I asked if we could switch to another room, but they said no. They were apologetic but not helpful. I've never had this poor service at any other Holiday Inn Express. June 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly people We had an excellent stay at HIE in Weatherford. Our only issue was finding it since it was on a one way access road going the opposite direction that we were traveling on the interstate. My GPS system could not locate anything with an address on the Interstate. Otherwise, everything was great! June 11, 2015
