Upon check-in of a last minute reservation, the front desk staff was friendly and prompt. However, after providing ID and credit card for room, credit card was imprinted on the back of the check-in folio. Note that card was provided at time of online reservation, card was also swiped at the terminal upon check-in.
Imprinting a customers card or storing the entire card number / expiration date is a thing of the past and an insecure method of verifying the card was present at time of transaction.
I as a business should be more concerned with keeping my customers credit card information as secure as possible. This is achieved through technology as when the card is swiped at a terminal the card number is generally hidden (if you aren't using outdated software).
Would recommend the owner of this property reevaluate imprinting their customers credit cards on their folios.

This place is good in a pinch. Room was dirty, bathroom just average. The sleeper sofa had food in it.
The breakfast area was packed and dirty. Only 1 person trying to keep up was not enough. Out of most of the food before 8am. Most of the hot breakfast food ran out and was not replaced.
Ok if you are in a jam for an overnight but would for sure try another hotel if available.
