The hotel reception staff should understand that they work for a resort which has very good reputation and should be maintained.
What I observed in my last stay that when more than one customer are at the front desk, the reception staff should be smart enough to reconize and know who is next in the que to be served or helped, NOT to leave it to their instinct.
They even handed a copy of the reciept without an envelope!, I thought that was unprofessional.

* Dinner buffet was the remaining from the lunch buffet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
