the service provided as the villa size, the furniture, the room service, the quality of food are poor compared to the high expenses' of the resort, as you can get a fare more better resort quality any where with much less price.

On the evening of July 17th I called the reception to ask Late check-out tile 2 pm they told me that there was no officer in charge and that he will be present in the morning.
The next day at 9 am I went to the reception and asked the employee for Late check-out and by rude manner he refused my request.
I also asked to add my requests from the coffee shop and restaurant to the bill but he refused, I told him the possibility of benefit from the points but he start arguing
So I decided to leave and asked for check-out immediately

the location of the hotel is excellent. the services provided was o.k.
staff needs to improve thier English to be able to communicate with non Arabic speaking customers.

Chaos at check-inn and front desk staff not organized at all. No recognition of IHG club members.
Front desk staff not courteous at all and quite rude at times.
My access card to the room had to be reprogrammed every single time I left my room and came back. Not very convenient when I'm walking back from the pool, wet, and need to access my room asap.
Although breakfast is said to be included when making my reservation, I was told that it was not included and that I have to pay an extra charge for the breakfast. Only after I walked up to my room, brought my laptop and presented my case to the front desk gentleman (it was mentioned on the website that it was included), did he decide to include breakfast for free for one day. Is it included or not ? I do not need any favors.
Not to mention that the room was run down, very old, very high whistling sound when I flush the toilet and the metal rails behind the bed fall down when moving the bed.
AC almost not functional and very noisy.
