The hotel is great. However, I was badly treated by the staff upon check out. I had to check in again for a different room. I was also treated badly by the same staff.
I was wrongly charged on my Visa card the first time. The final bill included extra cost that I am not aware of and didn't sign on.
When informed the staff, he wasn't cooperative. I had to call the manager who handled the issue.

The hotel reception staff should understand that they work for a resort which has very good reputation and should be maintained.
What I observed in my last stay that when more than one customer are at the front desk, the reception staff should be smart enough to reconize and know who is next in the que to be served or helped, NOT to leave it to their instinct.
They even handed a copy of the reciept without an envelope!, I thought that was unprofessional.
