The kitchenette is empty! The only thing in the drawers is dust! Does the hotel expect the guest to bring the dishes from home?!!! So kitchenette is useless.
Villa was not clean, floor is full with dust.
Bed is not comfortable.
Bad smell in the bedroom.
Food in the restaurant is not as per Holiday Inn quality, we had to drive around 50KM each way to get food, despite we didn't like the food, the restaurant charged us 100SR by mistake and I had to fight to get it at the check-out time!
For sure not staying here again.

The resort has very good location, great private beach, however it needs serious refurbishment!
The furniture back to 90's I think, Serious issue with AC system!.
Finally, I would like to thank the duty manager who upgraded us from 2 to 3 bedroom villa due the AC failure.
