We enjoyed our holiday, but the beds on the beach need to be replaced.

we arrived on april 7,2015 checked in by Rumaika who was great,fast and efficient check in.She later lent me a dollar for the computer,Lucien took our bags to our room bldg.7.very friendly and informative.Later we had a sound in our bathroom,we reported this to Lucien he informed maintenance and it was fixed right away.We had a great time at holiday inn we would come back here,all the staff was very efficient and friendly.cudos to you all,thank you.

I can recommend the Aruba Holiday Inn Resort and Casino to anyone. The nickname of Aruba is 'one friendly island'. The staff at the hotel represent the island exceptionally. From the manager to the maintenance staff, they know how to take care of their guests.
However, I was disappointed with the use of booking the hotel through the IHG priority club. We initially booked 3 nights and 4 days. I called back about 1 hour later and extended my stay to 4 nights and 5 days. I received two emails: Email one was a cancelation and Email 2 was a confirmation of the update. I assumed all was well and headed out to Aruba from Dallas. Upon arriving to the hotel, I found out that Priority Club had canceled my reservations altogether.
The hotel resolved this issue very quickly and although I did not get the room with an ocean view as I originally ask for, I was provided with a better room at the same price. The hotel, once again, took care of everything, other groups could not.
