First, the price per night was wonderful and our room was on the 3 floor with partial view of the ocean, palm trees and gardens. At night we were able to watch the jazz player from our room. The food at the beach bar was delicious as well as the frozen drinks. Overall staff was nice and helpful but we were very satisfied with out stay. Were able to reserve a tiki each day for the next day so that was great! If its your first time in Aruba I would highly recommend this hotel, but we will definitely be back to this hotel it was perfectly situated on the beach and close to night life and restaurants. Very pleased/

My overall experience was great! The only issue was the bugs in the pool... My wife and I did not go into the pool because of all the dead bugs floating on top of the pool water.
in the future please find a way to clean the pool so that more guest will comfortable to use it.
Breakfast - we only used it on day because you don't get a good bang for your buck for a buffet. $18 plus for breakfast seems VERY high especially when you can walk down the street to Dunkin. Please provide better breakfast pricing options so that your guest would not leave the resort for cheaper options.

Overall a great stay at the Aruba-Beach Resort & Casino Holiday Inn, stayed 8 nights.
Very clean, well staffed hotel, the room was immaculate.
Good upgrades for IHG platinum members
Overall the restaurants are good-great especially the Da Vinci Ristorante, great service!
Great location on the beach, with shopping across the street, and a cinema, Starbucks.
Cons (only minor)
wifi coverage average.
Sea Breeze Restaurant & Bar, staff at dinner seem to be very flustered, dropping plates, delivering wrong meals, slow, confused, not as polite as anywhere else in the resort, restaurant manager seems uptight, and to me came across as arrogant and rude.
