Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and very clean Resort My family had a wonderful time vacationing at The Resort. It was very clean and the staff members made our stay a great experience. Will be back to the Resort next summer. I very much enjoyed the feeling of being safe while on the property. Wonderful view of the Ocean and the pool area. Slept like a baby, our room was just the right coolness, dark, and clean. Thank you Holiday Inn for making our vacation fun! July 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff We had to stay at this hotel because of our son who was attending a conference having a medical emergency at the hotel. The front desk clerk "Lona" was so incredible. She really tried to help our son during the emergency and reassured him. Once we arrived, she also did her very best to comfort us and help us in any way she could. July 21, 2014

Staff was great, rooms clean and comfortable, food excellent, and we were pleased they put us all on the same floor. They had fun pool side activities for all ages each day with great prizes. Plus movies and children activities inside to get the little ones out of the sun for a while. We all agree we will be back for our yearly reunion. July 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The resort was clean and comfortable. A large group of poorly chaperoned teens were staying at the same time which was difficult for the staff and other guests. The staff did an excellent job of trying to control the noise and behavior issues. They also did their best to make us feel as though they cared about our complaints. I would recommend this location and I will stay here again. July 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Relaxing Atmosphere! Only had two issues. One was upon arrival I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. Front desk apologized. The second was the hotel restaurant automatically added gratuity to your bill with out letting you know. I was getting ready to tip and noticed that it had already been charged to my bill, I was planning to tip more, but I took their price. Gratuity is just that. If I don't get 15% service, then they don't get 15% gratuity. My waitress the first night would have gotten 20%. I don't know if any of the other patrons tips were already added to the bill, but I don't believe that is a good practice. July 17, 2014
