Reconsider price list for food and beverage To whom it may concern, Reception staff should be minimum 4 each shift as the process for check in and out is too slow it took me around 1 hour for check in and around 45 min for check out. Also please re-check the price list for food and beverage for restaurants, bars and room services menu. You should take into consideration that there are a lot of restaurants outside the hotel that are cheaper than the hotel's restaurants. So, try to convince people to have their food in the hotel instead of going out. Same as for drinks. PS: The staff working in the main restaurant (egg station) needs to be trained how serving people, I'm hotelier and know how the hospitality should be. These people is not up to IHG standards.
