Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the best stay ever Our stay with my wife was perfect all along. The check in was smooth, moreover we were able to do so at around 10:30 am, which allowed us to enjoy the beach a lot sooner than we had expected. The hotel itself and its facilities are top notch. The best are the beach with access to the Dead Sea, mud included:) We also used the heated pool, the outdoor jacuzzi and indoor saunas. In all cases we found absolutely nothing to complain about. What is even better than the place itself is its staff. Each and single one of them greeted us with a genuine and wide smile when they saw us. When help was needed, they were always there to assist us. In particular I would like to express our gratitude to the following persons for their world-class service: Dana from the reception area,.Mohammed the concierge, Marie from la Deera restaurant, Obaida,.who gave us a ride to the reception in his electric cart, Mohammed and Hassan from the beach area. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a relaxing experience It's a 5 star hotel except for some issues : 1-NO 5 star hotel should have rooms open to each other with doors, so I can hear other residents in my room . 2- whether it's holiday season or not, the service should be same, I went to the beach alone, I went to my room alone when I first came. The rooms need sound insulation from the noise in the corrydoor and the adjoining room (door connection). The buffet dinner is too expensive. Cigarette smoke travells via the ventillation system to non-smokers rooms. January 25, 2015
