Reconsider price list for food and beverage To whom it may concern, Reception staff should be minimum 4 each shift as the process for check in and out is too slow it took me around 1 hour for check in and around 45 min for check out. Also please re-check the price list for food and beverage for restaurants, bars and room services menu. You should take into consideration that there are a lot of restaurants outside the hotel that are cheaper than the hotel's restaurants. So, try to convince people to have their food in the hotel instead of going out. Same as for drinks. PS: The staff working in the main restaurant (egg station) needs to be trained how serving people, I'm hotelier and know how the hospitality should be. These people is not up to IHG standards. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing staff! Just an okay hotel First of all I want to complement the amazing staff at the holiday inn. They made sure we felt like try were always there to accommodate our every need. Pool life guards were great! They were on look out constantly and never let there guar down. The pool area was good also, it was very well put together to where family are all able to swim together. The Dead Sea was close to the hotel and we didn't have to travel long distances. On the beach they had Dead Sea mud to use at our convince. Very well done. Negative things - This hotel claims to be smoke free - all rooms smelt like smoke, utterly discussing and they should fine the smokers but don't and that's why all the rooms smell like smoke. We called to get our rooms cleaned but never got cleaned. However they did bring everything else we wanted - extra towels, blankets or what ever else we needed promptly. The back side of the hotel only opened on the right side - it was way to convoluted and ridiculous around getting to rooms and lobby area. Lastly I felt silly that being a platinum elite member that breakfast was not complementary and to ask for a water it cost me 2.5 jd at the bar... That was just ridiculous ... No other holiday inn ever charged me for water ... All around the world ! August 20, 2014
