Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Above and Beyond We had reservations for the weekend but had to cancel because of pending bad weather. Immediately received our points back. Then the weather didn't turn bad so we attempted to get our rooms back. Well did we not only get our rooms back, we were upgraded to absolutely wonderful rooms!! But that's not the end of the story. When the family got home we were missing a very cherished stuffed animal. We called that night but nothing was found, but the desk person promised to look into it further in the morning. Lo and behold the stuffed animal was found in the lil sheriffs room. These people could have easily said they would look and not done it. You have gained a loyal following!! We have told everyone about how grateful and happy we are with your establishment!! You are now our go-to place in Deadwood. Thank you to everyone who assisted us. I don't want to name names for fear I'd forget someone who helped us. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! March 30, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay somewhere else that cares more I made a reservation for a conference I was attending. The property agent made the reservation for the wrong day. When I called back to fix the error, the hotel was close to being sold out. I was told that I gave them the wrong date even though My co-worker and I made the reservations together and heard each other give the correct dates. I was told by the agent that "I don't know what to tell ya", and that I should have found the error sooner. I called guest relations who promised a Manager would call me back with in 48 hours. It has now been 6 days and I have not heard anything from any one. I also was put in a room next to the elevator and had to turn the bathroom fan on all night so I couldn't hear it. The heater also made loud whirring noises as long as it was on as well. My original room was supposed to have a balcony and view of the city. The room I was put in had a view of the roof and huge vents. March 26, 2016

The convenience of having a restaurant, bar, casino, and being able to go to the concert we were attending all in the same place was great. It is always nice to just be able to get to your hotel and park your vehicle and not have to worry about it again till you leave. March 22, 2016
