Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay was acceptable I have stayed at this property before and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I was recognized as a IHG rewards member. I only had two issues during this stay. Only one elevator was working and it was a little inconvenient. The other thing, since I was traveling on business, the internet service was dreadful. I had to go to the lobby to do the work I needed to do. I'm not sure what can be done, but it does make it difficult when the connection is that poor. I will give this property another stay in the future and if it's not any better, look for an alternative. I do like the location though. October 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by over rated stayed here last week everything was bad made reservations a month before and they still could not get things right the room was not ready waited over two hours for the room and they gave me a different room went to use the pool bird floating in the water went to check out and they would not accept me has a IHG waist of my time never stay here worst holiday inn I have ever been to it is not a resort of any kind the manager would not even help BAD BUSINESS October 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great view, helpful and friendly staff, don't pay with a debit card This hotel was very comfortable, and the room with a view was amazing. The staff here, Holly in particular, were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and cozy. If you are above the 2nd floor, the internet they provide leaves a lot to be desired. Very slow and glitchy. My only advice? Don't pay with a debit card. Their system may have you waiting to access your money for a few days after your stay. Not the desk staffs fault, this is a company system that need to be adjusted. October 17, 2014
