Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing view, and comfort. We were on our anniversary, they placed us on the sixth floor as requested. We could wake in the morning and actually see the water from our bed. The room was cool, clean and comfortable. We will go back again. The breakfast Buffett has variety and taste great. My wife and I give it 4 thumbs up. September 24, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth it Surprise for my husband. Very disappointed!! Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, no hot water at 7:00 p.m. No air conditioning vent in the bathroom. Very noisy from cars and band downstairs until 2 a.m. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!! September 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent stay but a few problems Pro's Great Check in and out experience Nice room, comfortable bed nice facilities clean and maintained very friendly staff Cons internet service is terrible (left the hotel 1 day early due to frustration as it kept dropping out) front desk said I should have advised them. Maybe, but I read reviews that it was terrible and assumed there was no fix. Picked up a pot of coffee from restaurant. Coffee was not hot as should be. Called restaurant, got no answer. Called front desk left on hold for at least 5 minutes. Got frustrated and walked back to restaurant. By this time Mgr. was waiting for me,as wife told them I was on my way back and not happy. He replaced pot, and did not charge me. I was not happy with this particular experience. Ate breakfast at restaurant 1 morning. Had the buffet which was good. The waiter dropped the checque to our table really early in the meal. We felt like he was trying to get rid of us. September 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 overnight stay The employees are the best thing about this hotel. the people make the resort. The room had space and was very clean. The cheese, fruit and crackers was an unexpected treat. I have stayed at this resort several times in the past and have never had a bad experience. I totally recommend the hotel for over night and or an extended stay. September 18, 2014
