My family and I had to keep our feet sandals on while in the room. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. May 14, 2015

Unfortunately renovations were being made during our stay, This however, did not keep us from enjoying our stay. Perhaps the bar could be arranged better. The liquor was placed in front of the patrons, not behind the back bar, this caused the bartender to reach over the bottles in order to serve the customer. We look forward to the next time. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed before cruising I booked this room in November for our honeymoon cruise in April. I booked a king size bed and selected the package that included cruise parking and transportation to and from the cruise, it also stated that it included continental breakfast. When we checked in, we were told there were no king size bed rooms available and we were given a room with two queen beds. We were then told that all of the shuttles to take us to the cruise in the morning were full except the earliest option. There was also no free breakfast at this hotel. While disembarking the ship the following week, I tried four times to contact the hotel to have the shuttle waiting for us and each time was told there wasn't anyone there that could assist me. After waiting over an hour outside in the hot parking lot, our shuttle finally arrived. The room was fine, but the service was beyond poor and for the price that we paid we could have stayed somewhere much much nicer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! May 10, 2015
