When I arrived I was .suprised at the location. It is not on the main road, as expected and a bit difficult to locate. But once there it is a lovely location and the hotel suites are magificent, very modern and spacious.
Great views of the water and pool.
The staff was extreamly helpful and friendly.
The hotel had a happy hour even on a friday.
The room was fully furnished with a complete kitchen

An isolated location, a $10 cab ride to town and airport. We were assured a room with a king size bed but given a room with two twin beds.

If you're the type of traveler who rents a car, plans your own schedule of activities that will take you away from the hotel most of the day, and views your vacation hotel primarily as a place to sleep, get a nice breakfast and dinner if desired, and maybe relax in the evening, then this is really a terrific value for Grand Cayman. But if you prefer to spend most of your vacation at a self-contained or semi-self-contained "resort" with plenty of activities right there, then you may be disappointed. So, check it out thoroughly. For example, the water is very shallow and full of rocks. To swim, you'll have to go over to 7-Mile Beach -- an easy 5 minutes by car, but too far to walk.
