shower was excellent. Check in was a bit of an experience. 'Robotic' is the only way to describe it. Hotel had put the 'additional named guest' as the primary guest which caused a bit of a problem (!) Also, being an IHG Platinum member I didn't like the bottles of complimentary water being thrust at me across the check in desk. Surely,it should be in the room [Less]
