Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable room, friendly service, We thought everything was great and was above our expectations. We had scheduled a trip to pearl harbor at 6 am and so checked out early. Our flight left that day at 11pm. They stored our luggage for us and gave us a complementary room to clean up before our flight which was really great because we were hot and sweaty and were not looking forward to the 10 hr flight feeling like that,. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service with a smile Beautiful hotel, wonderful employees, very knowledgeable in their industry, always serve and help with big smiles. Beautiful room as we were upgraded to an ocean front room, bed was very comfortable, grateful for safe provided, bathroom area and towels were perfect, my wife and I were just amazed with people and property and we will definitely stay in your hotel in the near future. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a great stay We stay at the Holiday Inn Beachcomber whenever we are in Honolulu and generally visit during the Pro Bowl. Great rooms and great staff, not to mention a great value. I highly recommended the HI Beachcomber for anyone staying in the Waikiki area. January 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Improvement Suggestions - It would be good to have more umbrellas available around the pool, especially around the lounges as it doesn't allow you any shade. - Needs to be more options when you have children, ie single beds rather than a double. - Also some lounges in the foyer would be good as well or a lounge area for guests. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Location Right at the heart of Waikiki, this hotel is in the middle of the action. Awesome beaches very close from the hotel, good shopping and restaurants. Parking is expensive though. But apparently it also is all over Waikiki. January 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noise alert Major construction in the lot adjoining the hotel might mean troubled rest for jet lagged vacationers. The rumble of front loaders and bulldozers greeted us every morning of our stay. The decibel level might have technically been within city regulations, but the back-up beepers of these machines were like an incessant alarm clock with the snooze button broken. Not much sleeping in. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful. But even up on a higher floor, this noise factor was a definite negative in our overall quality of stay. January 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Very friendly staff and rooms were great. I would recommend this property for someone that does not mind a busier area of O'ahu. We sat on our balcony every night but the noise from the street cancelled the sound of the ocean. It is in the heart of shopping and restaurants with Waikiki Beach across the street. Though I did like the resort itself I would choice a more remote location on the island. There were just too many people for me. January 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top location Great location, large guest rooms and value for money. Opposite the Cheese Cake Factory. January 24, 2015

Answer:
No, at least for our room. But it looks like every room has a balcony so I wonder if there are any adjoining rooms.

Answer:
Depends on what you consider beach access from the hotel. If it is where you walk out the door and you are on the beach, then no! But in this hotel you walk out the front door, cross the street, turn left for 50ft, turn right at the surfboards and walk another 2/300 ft and you will be standing on the Waikiki Beach!

Answer:
I do not think ALL rooms have a view but we were on the 12th floor Southside, and we did have a good view. There is construction going on until 2016 on the Southside of the building, starts at 7am, ends at 5 to 7pm

Answer:
No there is no breakfast from the hotel, we had to go somewhere everyday for breakfast. try "Eggs and Things", and we did do IHOP a couple times, but it is expensive the closer you are to the strip. We actually hit McDonalds for Yogurts and fruits, then did a bigger lunch away from the strip, or did a cool place for lunch.
