I have been here many times over the years and as a Worldmark owner when it was part of the resort. Always a great upgrade and great property. Always great people at the desk.
Now..............Please avoid the restraunt. As consistently great as the hotel service is, the restraunt is consistently bad. I keep trying to give that shift the benefit of the doubt. Breakfast or dinner it does not matter. Then in the next few months new people and the same thing. I understand in July they lost all the management and hired new people. Before and after it has been terrible. Extensive delays in food, others that arrived after us being served before us and the most recent stay in December, my daughters pancake came after the table next to us (they arrived after us) and after my breakfast and someone elses order being taken. They are pancakes people, she is a little kid.....feed her.
I will stay there again and again, but I will not.........and I hope I don't waiver, will not eat in there again.

Second season staying here for the Christmas holidays. Beautiful atmosphere and nice suite. However, the cleaning staff is lacking. We had several days of no fresh towels put in the room for us. After a week the toilet smelled like no one had cleaned it all week while we were there. We are not fussy but expect when paying this price and staying for 8 days the room would be refreshed and used tea bags discarded! Same story the previous year but did not submit a review. Klamath Falls needs to work on servicing the customer.

Great place to stay, rooms were very nice with very comfortable beds. You'll definitely get a goodnight's rest. Dog friendly and dog owners did well cleaning up after their dogs which is not always the case. Lots to do with kids at the resort and easy drive to Crater Lake & Lava Beds Nat'l Monument. Very private and lots of hiking/biking trails. My kids enjoyed super fast Internet.

We chose this location as an overnight stop between Reno, Nevada and Lincoln City, Oregon. So glad we chose this resort!! Wonderful staff, beautiful area and the two bedroom, two bath condo was perfect for two couples traveling together!
Our stay was much too short for all there is to do in the area. I look forward to returning in the future.

I was in Klamath Falls for the first time on business and this seemed to be the nicest accomodations available. the hotel and its staff were amazingly kind and attentive. The room was comfortable and had some nice perks like a heated exhaust fan over the shower. There were two things that took away from the trip; one was the erratic Air Conditioner in the room which stayed on all the time but never really cooled the room. The other was the bar, which had a great staff and bartenders but the service was slow, the Manager didn't care, and the options were limited in the area so you really do not have a choice but to eat there. But like I said the bar staff was attentive and funny so it made the experience more palatable.

We were passing through Klamath Falls on the way to Eugene from Reno. This place is not in town and I am so glad we found this place. It is absolutely gorgeous. The resort is beautiful, the rooms well done and very comfortable. But what really made it, was the staff. I swear, they must have taken the nicest people in Oregon and put them here to work. After we checked in, my son remarked to me that the front desk guy was probably the nicest man he ever met. The next morning that was confirmed by the waitresses in the dining room, the guy at the fitness center (awesome by the way), and everybody else we met. It must be something in the water. I was so very disappointed that we had to leave and hit the road. I could have stayed there for a lot of days quite happily, hiking, golfing, swimming and chatting with the staff. Next time.

I have stayed here three times the past few months on business trips. The first time my wife and our golden retriever Max were able to accompany me. On all three trips, I found the Running Y to be a gracious, welcoming facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good food. There are bike paths to go on long walks. I don't golf so I can't comment on the golf course.
This last trip, I received a platinum upgrade to a suite with a kitchen. living room and bedroom over looking the golf course with a view of Klamath Lake off to the left. It snowed while I was there and it was a beautiful wintry setting.
