Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Air Conditioning is controlled and is set to high Great location and beautiful landscaping. The staff needs a lot more training on how to greet customers. My wife and I were unable to sleep at night because the AC is set to high by the hotel. Maintenance would do nothing about it. March 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay for kids We stayed in mid-February and found the hotel well catered for families with young children. The pool and kids club activities were major attractions. Meals were great as the kids loved breakfast as well as the kids menu for lunch and dinner. The room was cleaned well and service was very good. I rated the food as average as lunch and dinner was rather salty for our tastebuds. The pork chop and beef we ordered were pretty tough by most standards. And the wait for food during dinner was rather long if you ordered a la carte. However, at least the staff saw to it that the kids had their food first so that was very helpful. Overall we were still very pleased with our stay. February 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff served based on skin colour and nationality Generally good for children due to the swimming pool, if not for it I would not stay again. I felt strongly the staff do no like to serve Chinese or Asians, Caucasian were treated much better, I have seen staff snubbing Chinese guests, I was snubbed at Breakfast pancake counter by a Caucasian staff, showing me " Unhappy Black Face" asking if I were waiting for his pancake - really a BIG TURNOFF . Great place if you are Caucasian and for Chinese ( from all countries ) - you better off elsewhere I believe . They cannot tell if you are Chinese from CHINA or SINGAPORE or MALAYSIA or USA or Australia. Bad experience for us Singaporean . I have to speak English to get a decent service most time . I would blow my top if not it a Lunar New Year period. February 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fine hotel in horrible location Stayed here for one week, and wanted to leave after the first night. Ao Nang is pretending to be a vacation hot spot, but it is really just a tourist trap with LOTS of noise and fake merchandise. There seems to be no sewer system or waste water processing capability, so the town smells of sewage. The hotel itself was a nice oasis from all this, but it soon felt like a luxurious prison. The beach across the road was great for a morning run, but having seen how the sewage is led straight into the ocean I wouldn't even dip my toe in the water there. Food and service were very good, and some staff spoke good English. February 19, 2015
