My reserve : Pool Access(New Building)
Actual : Pool access(Old Building) => 4th floor(New Building)
I found problem on check-in but reception don't contact anyone to clear my problem(only said not available room#, so I need to got it and go to my room#pool access at old building# but I found other guests stand and jump to the pool at my terrace. I am very angry and call to customer care center#staff of here cannot clear my problem# to request change to new building by any room type, Finally I got 4th floor #not pool access by my payment pool access at new building)
Say thank you for customer care center.
And please improve communication between Sale and Hotel I think that customer hope before visit to Holiday inn so much.
Sorry for complain.

Overall our family getaway at Holiday Inn was a great experience and the kids had a good time.

Been here from 15/9/2015 till 18/09/2015. Stay at room no : 2304 which I think is not appropriate for me. It's located at 3rd floor and the block is without elevator. I have 1 kid and 1 infant, include my stroller and luggage, do you know how hard I move around during stormy days? Rain storm for almost every minutes, is so disappointing that we can't go out at all even can't use the swimming pool. Got to have our meal at the hotel restaurant . Waiting period almost 45minutes every meal. Even once I saw the food serve to other table which is later come in then me. My girl is starving.
The balcony flood due to rain falls even there is 1 night flood into my room, we went to receptionist ask for help but no one there. Fire alarm keep on activated but it's false alarm even in the middle of the night.
