We came to Orlando to visit Disney World and also Gatorland. The Resort was beautiful. The pool and hot tubs were awesome. The rooms and hallways of the resort were clean and always looked nice. Wished this resort had a continental breakfast. Loved that there was a Applebees attached to the resort, but was disappointed with the breakfast and coupon issues. There are many good restaurants around the resort area. Overall we had a good experience at this resort.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by studentka great quality, large rooms, friendly and caring staff
we stayed for 6 nights. had 2 rooms, they offered connecting rooms, which was great. There is one restaurant, the hotel offers coupons so kids eat free. there is a decent pool. They have activities like games and competitions. There are pool tables and table tennis. They have a free shuttle to Disney parks, but you have to plan in advance. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the TTC area, and then you need to transfer to train or boat, so overall it may take up to an hour to get to a park (depending on the park).

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Angry_Punk Great location, nice resort, but a soggy bed and poor breakfast options
The hotel has a lovely pool area and it is convenient to the theme parks. The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bed was very saggy. I stay in a lot of IHG hotels and one of the reasons is that I get that consistent product that I'm looking for - it saves me having to shop around. However, when the bed lets me down it detracts from the whole experience.
The breakfast options were poor - typical American breakfast Junk food at outrageous prices. Why can I get a decent buffet breakfast for free at a Holiday Inn Express but have to pay for Junk food breakfasts at the Holiday Inn. It would have been really convenient to eat at the hotel but the poor choices and poor prices put me off.
