Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SuzieQ507 Breakfast & Bar need IMPROVEMENTS
Never ever heard of a hotel let alone a "resort-style" hotel not offering complimentary continental breakfast! Let alone free full breakfast to its "rewards members". This is VERY inconvenient and a sure fire way for you to lose future guests. The bar was bare bones. The drink menu I was handed was only malibu rums and several were over priced at 11.00 each! To keep customers happy you need to offer some appetizers and better/cheaper drink selections to have and be served by the pool. Should expect some kind of "resort-style" service. Also no sign of a room service menu in the room at all...this place wants to lose money obviously...I was ready to cough up $ for room service snacks at night but no had to get in the car and run get some snacks myself. Again with the inconvenience of it all.

We LOVED this hotel. We picked it for our 6 year old daughter and it was everything she had dreamed and imagined. The Castle theme was fun and cheerful. The staff is very nice and always available to help.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BUSHA Disappointment; not up to Holiday inn standards
When we first got there KC at the front desk was a delight and it went downhill from their. It was Christmas eve and NO Restaurants were open! The cleaning GIRLS were VERBALLY fighting in the hall in their native tongue. It was not as clean as I EXPECT FROM A HOLIDAY INN. We booked their due to the "castle" advertisement it could not have been further than the truth, as far as the motiff of employees or decoration. The staff did not help us get the luggage rack, they directed us to it and watched us load it!! On the roof where you could smoke their was no garbage can. 2 small tables that were not clean. All and all I was very disappointed except for KC. I would be ashamed if I were an investor at this establishment!!!
WE LEFT OUR CHARGER IN THE ROOM AND CALLED THEM NOT 5 MIN. DOWN THE ROAD TO ASK FOR THEM TO SEND IT TO US AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT DO THAT!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tisha88 Worst Holiday Inn ever!!!
I booked this hotel because of the "Castle" theme. My 2 girls were very excited when I showed them the picture on line and told them that we are going to stay in this hotel. It was a complete disappointment.
#1, when we arrived, the trash bin that is by the main entrance is overflowing with garbage. #2, the front office staff was on the phone for a good 5 or more minutes. I was just standing there waiting for him to finish the call and while waiting, he never made eye contact with me (you normally do that to give the message to the other person that "I'm busy right now but I will attend to you as soon as I'm done with this call"). When he finally got off the phone, another call came through - a guest in the hotel and I heard the front office staff said "what's up"? What a strange way to talk to a hotel guest.
Third, he was overly friendly to the point that he is so annoying.
#4, the room assigned to us was dark, with a strange odor, the bathroom counter and the bathtub has hair, the towels looked so old and smells bad.
I booked a kids suite before in a different hotel and it was a lot better than this one. My children's bunk bed has no sheet to cover them - instead, there was only a bed cover that looked dirty.
We drove from NJ to Orlando so we were so very tired and no energy to complain. We all just slept.
#5 As a platinum priority club member, I would normally be accorded free breakfast but not in this hotel. When I asked the lady in the front desk, she said they used to give free breakfast but the management stopped. She further explained that they are not really part of the Holiday Inn management but only a franchise. What a way to explain!!
#6 We booked for 3 nights but checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel.
#7 The so-called "FREE" Wifi never actually worked the whole time we were there.
This hotel is a total RIP OFF - overpriced with very poor quality.
Of course I will never return to this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel. There are many choices in the area, please don't make the same mistake that I did.

Save your time. Holiday inn express is much nicer. They make the outside look like a castle. The location is good. The rms are standard with a fancy mirror. I travel 4 states as a sales rep. And have had much nicer rms with a Free breakfast that was better at the holiday inn express....

Hotel is showing its age but is perfectly OK, the Castle style is differenet but rooms are standard hotel rooms with a pretty mirror.
Staff are very polite and helpful, pool small but ok.
