Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxed! What a great way to end the year and start the New Year! On the beach!! We had a wonderful view if the fireworks show. The staff was always polite and helpful. The hotel was very relaxing and inviting!! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs and lazy river. Even the hammock was a nice cozy touch. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the bed was a little too firm for me. I would also like to give a huge shout out to house keeping! The lady who cleaned out room everyday was fabulous! We will absolutely come back and bring the grandkids for the summer fun and activities! January 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable bed, excellent staff and fitness room It was my understanding or it was not made clear that I was booking a less desirable room that did not have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. When I inquired about the issue, I was told for an additional $30 per night I could have a Gulf view. On the invoice the receipt verified that this was an “upsale” transaction. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and the staff was excellent. However, in the future I will closely scrutinize any booking at a Holiday Inn facility and make sure it is clear the accommodations are clearly identified. January 12, 2015

they do offer packages that include this as an option, but I would never recommend the restaurant to anyone, I have had nothing but bad service year after year, food not so great,
