Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best location in Thailand Holiday Inn Patong Beach is the absolute best resort you can stay in when you are in Phuket. Specially Busakorn wing is something to remember and longing back to. I have stayed in this hotel and various part of Busakorn Wing many times and I always feel I´m coming home to the place I want to stay. Friendly and efficient staff, nice room , great pool and wonderful food. Thank´s I´m for sure be back as soon as possible April 14, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Surprise Experience My family and I (6 adults and 4 kids) stayed in Holiday Inn Phuket for the 1st time during the Chinese New Year festival from 8th to 11th February. The hotel had organized a grand praying ceremony for the CNY celebration, with lion dance, fire crackers etc. We were very delighted as the program was totally unexpected and we enjoyed the celebration very much. Our kids were also very happy with the Kids Club party. Generally, the hotel room is spacious and beyond the expectation of Holiday Inn Hotel I have stayed. One setback is the ununhappy encounter we had at the Patong beach.We had only wanted to spend about 30mins at beach for the kids to play sand but we were cornered to pay for the benches if we want to use the beach. The people are very unfriendly and chased us away when we said we will pay for 2 seats just to put the towels. They had insisted we get a seat for all. It is although a small sum of money they asked for but we felt we do not need the seat as the kids just want to play the sand for a while. Suggest Holiday Inn Phuket to take this into consideration to provide a section so the hotel guests have no problem if they like to enjoy the sea. March 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Honeymoon In Phuket Check in : We reached in the morning and they convinced us to pay more to upgrade to Private Villa. Room : Room was good and had a private pool which is very nice though room can be little bit more modern. Location : It is right on Patong beach close to bangla road. I personally would have liked to stay away from Patong beach as its too crowded for honeymoon! Food : We had morning buffet which was excellent with so Manny choices however the dinner we took was that delicious :( Checkout : it was very smooth I will recommend this to people with Family staying in Phuket! I wont recommend this to solo or romantic getaway February 27, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Phuket This was our first time in Phuket, and was really impressed by the holiday Inn Phuket. Firstly the location is fantastic, straight across from the beach. Kids swimming areas really awesome for younger kids. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The pool was good. Lots to do close by including shopping, surfing etc. The kid's suite was fantastic, had an xbox, seperate sleeping area, dvd tv etc. Loved it! January 14, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Family vacation Ovall we were quite happy with the hotel. Location is great for getting into the centre of things like shopping and bars. As the hotel is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Transport is no problem as the local taxis are plentiful and reasonably cheap. My only complaint is the fact that they did not allocate my Priority Clup points as requested upon checkout. The best food was available from the Steak Restaurant, good selection, good service and well priced. Being a guest for 14 days, the breakfast became uninteresting as it was exactly the same Buffett every single day. November 29, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by busakorn king room have stayed in main wing twice and thought we would try the busakorn wing this time worth the extra money our room was fantastic . the holiday inn is in perfect location so close to everything if you need it or just chill at hotel beach accross the road although patong beach is not the best beach would recommend a trip to kata for a cleaner beach breakfast was excellent as always and staff are so friendly and helpfull would be my only choice to stay if you are ever going to patong November 16, 2012
