Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Resort The resort is all-inclusive and just hotel without all-inclusive The facility was 1st rate and the room and staff were exceptional The negative was the restaurant for the guests that were not all-inclusive was very pricy for the type of food you were getting. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Amazing Service from Staff Miguel (bartender) and Victor (waiter at Guacamaya) went above and beyond our expectations. They both remembered our names and preferences and made the trip special. My two boys had a difficult time saying goodbye to them both. My 8 year old did a report for his school about this trip and talked about both Miguel and Victor. Victor even gave them each a key chain as a gift on our last day. March 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Discriminación en todas las áreas Esta experiencia de hospedaje cada vez que lo hago con ustedes resulta muy desgastante Desde la entrada con la vigilancia al impedir el ingreso solo porque no encuentran la reservación o porque mi ingreso es en un vehículo de trabajo y no como el de los huéspedes extranjeros En recepción, al no encontrar el cupón con la reservación me mencionaron que no tenían habitaciones, cuando por fin lo encuentran ,después de varios minutos , me asignan una habitación distinta a la solicitada mediante la agencia de viajes y sin tomar en cuenta siquiera la membresia de IHG. Por la mañana en el restaurante, buscan las mejores ubicaciones de vista para los huéspedes extranjeros dejándome en espera hasta que se desocupara una mesa y asignándosela al momento de llegada de nuevo a los extranjeros. Esta situación se repite de nuevo a la hora del check out, atendiendo en primer lugar a estas personas Esta misma experiencia se ha venido repitiendo desde hace cuatro años que me toca estar en este hotel por motivo de trabajo . Ojalá y este mensaje sea leído por la persona adecuada y tomen cartas en el asunto February 28, 2015

They were very friendly too and did nice things like give us flowers. Food was average as you would expect a buffet to be, but I never had any complaints. Having the beach front was lovely. Overall amazing experience. February 27, 2015

Bathroom: kept clean but sink and toilet had hairline cracks and bathtub had adhesive grit still in the tub since the matting had been removed some time ago. Housekeeping lady was excellent !
