Great sunsets from the balcony and excellent pool and beach. Concierge Karine Mercado's professionalism added to our stay. Only negative was the lack of a refrigerator. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Areas de oportunidad En los últimos tres años me he alojado en fin de año en este hotel, en general me gusta por lo que ofrece en la noche de fin de año y en los viernes de noche mexicana; me ha resultado seguro, placentero y familiar, por lo que es probable que repita; sin embargo este último fin de año percibí situaciones que además de mí, hubo muchas personas que les resultó molesto: 1.- Disponibilidad de toallas para el área del alberca 2.- Disponibilidad de camastros y sombrillas para albercas y no se diga para playa. 3.- Mayor libertad en la disposición de alimentos y bebidas para quienes contratamos todo incluido y para toda la familia. 4.- Mejor control en la asignación de mesas para fiesta de fin de año, dando prioridad a quienes contratamos con antelación el servicio de todo incluido y no en una fila de quien llegue primero. Si los puntos anteriores mejoran, seguramente repetiré mi estancia de fin de año en este hotel. January 13, 2015

Las habitaciones son un fraude porque la limpieza es nula, toallas y sábanas desgastadas, espejos sucios y la tina sobresalía por su asquerosidad. Sin ningún otro afán, sino porque no deseamos les acontezca lo mismo, no se hospeden en este hotel. January 12, 2015
