The conference center was perfect for our needs and the staff helping us were wonderful. Catering was great. Outside of conference hours there were many activity options available. It was also nice to have the option to run back to the room for a break. May 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost great Friendly staff, clean facility, gorgeous locale, good amenities, comfortable bed (pillows were too soft though), very few dining options. STUMBLING POINT: the lighting was poor for doing any reading, one swing over lamp with low watt bulb, the living room seating was UNCOMFORTABLE, the sofa was hard and had a long seat and far back support so you couldn't get comfy, the chair was low, soft in middle and hard on edges and the breakfast bar seats were hard. We ended up bringing the patio chairs in to sit on. Note to Holiday Inn: FIX THIS. Shower was weird, it has an immobile glass door and then a step in spot that is between the toilet and the wall, and from there you must reach the faucets, which has one temp faucet and you have to stand there in the freezing cold water or scalding, since the shower head is not adjustable away from your body. They should move the fixed door to the toilet side so you have a fighting chance and don't have to squeeze between the loo and the water. Everything else was great, but these concerns were important to us. If you are there to do business you may NEED to read, and who wants to have uncomfy seating? Great bed though. Get a golf view if you can, the other side is parking lot. May 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thanks for the clean remodeled room We were pleasantly surprised by this Holiday Inn... let's be honest, the Holiday Inn brand brings us memories of the "holidome" indoor pools and childhood roadtrip memories... we were concerned, that the hotel would be the same. We were wrong. Thanks for the completely remodeled and updated resort. The room was perfect for our family of four, the beds were comfy and the DVD player was used to get the kids to settle down at night. The customer service was top notch too. The only thing that could have been better would have been free breakfast, but hey, they did have a restaurant, we just didn't have time to eat there. This Holiday Inn Resort delivered on a great experience. May 13, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Amenities No need to worry about things to do, a ton of activities ranging from golf to horseback riding at your disposal. The grounds are very well kept and the restaurants were good ( a short drive to more options if needed). Child and pet friendly which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the rooms need to be updated, the couch was uncomfortable due to age and the kitchen was very outdated and cabinets smelled a little mildewy). The size of the room was nice and the view of the golf course was beautiful. The staff seemed new and had a hard time answering questions about activities available, but tried to be as helpful as possible. May 6, 2015

The Lodge at Eagle Crest received $3M in renovations in 2011. Every detail in the guest rooms is new, including the carpet, wall coverings, furniture, lighting, bathroom fixtures and flat screen televisions. The Lobby has also received tremendous upgrades as is a comfortable gathering place for our guests, including the new Aerie Café.
