The Lodge at Eagle Crest is situated on a vast property. Everything is very spread out. There is not a free breakfast offered, rather an expensive breakfast menu and a mediocre wait staff in a very small cafe in the lobby is available. They boast having gone through a renovation in 2011, however the furniture, and beds I think were left out of the renovation. There are not a lot of outlets available in the room, our bedding was actually dirty. We called ahead for an early check in, be forewarned that consists of a 2:30 check in when checkin time is 4:00, so not quite that early.
Furthermore our stay was a Friday to Sunday, and the lodge has already charged my bank, however I still have the same charge pending and it is now almost been a week since our stay. The front desk staff was mediocre, not overly friendly. I do not recommend this hotel for the cost.

Everything was far more than we expected, location was perfect for our event. Room top shape, dining above and beyond many other places. Facilities top rate, comfortable, easy access, no problems at all. Were most pleased with this facility, staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, highly recommend this place for leisure, business or just to spend a night and unwind!

My wife and I stayed at the Lodge to fill in the gap between flying into Redmond Airport at midnight and checking into a timeshare unit at Eagle Crest the evening of the next day. The staff was very helpful. They arranged to have their shuttle pick us up at the airport, and the next morning we took the shuttle to get our rental car. The drivers both times were as friendly as could be. We had several hours between the 11:00 a.m. checkout time and the 4:00 p.m. check-in time at our timeshare, so the Housekeeping staff graciously let us keep our hotel room past the checkout time until the timeshare unit was ready. The Lodge is very convenient to the Redmond airport, and it's a beautiful location.....mountains in the background, great tennis and golf, walking trails along the river, and even tame deer along the road. We expect to return and highly recommend the area. The early September weather was flawless.

My husband and I went on a two week road trip and booked all of our hotels online. We were so pleased with The Lodge at Eagle Crest that we are going to book another week in the next 6-12 months and stay there the entire week. We golfed at The Ridge Course, which is associated with Eagle Crest and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and very spacious. It included a small kitchen to cook and eat in. We did not take advantage of the food service as we elected to eat at a local restaurant, recommended by the hotel, at Sisters. It was really tasty. We were very pleased with the Resort and would highly recommend it to all.

Every thing was good except the bathroom design, which requires you to practically step on the toilet to get in the shower, and the couch and chair are very uncomfortable. we brought fold up chairs to sit on. Also the tv was on the fritz part of the time and a guide to show which channels are which would be helpful.
The bed and service were very good.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Brian1242 Beautiful resort property.
Room was nice, but a little overpriced in my opinion. We went with the suite so we'd have a separate room for our 2 little kids. The windows face the parking lot. At night, anyone parking near your room has their headlights going right into your windows. No easily accessible outlets near the bed for phone charger. But the resort is awesome. Access to alot of the amenities of the resort comes with your stay in the hotel. We took our daughters to the water park in the pool center and it was awesome. Breakfast is pretty lackluster. For the quality of the food and the price of the stay I feel it should be included. Kids ate free but adults pay.
