I had a gift voucher for two nights. I was treated as if I paid top dollar. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the free wifi was intermittently slow or nonexistent for our PC laptop but we discovered our ipods had no difficulty connecting. Honestly there was too much to do to be upset by that anyway. Really enjoyed the outside pool and jacuzzi.

I checked-in at 5PM on July 12th to a room with golf view, found the room to be uncleaned. Towels lying around, bed not made, thrash everywhere. I called up the front desk and all they have to say was that they had no clue and asked to pick up keys from front desk for a different room.
Mistakes do happen but I did not even get an apology instead was given a room with poor view. Ask about recognizing platinum members, downgrade for being a platinum member?
I like this property and have been here before but disappointed this time. I would have given additional star if free perks(points or free breakfast) were given for the downgrade if they did not have a better room. This one seems out of place when it comes to recognizing IHG platinum members.

This hotel and resort are a gem! Employees are very friendly and accommodating. Vistas are huge and the grounds provide ample location and opportunity to take them in. Best of all, a short hike will take you to the Deschutes River which is absolutely stunning. This is our 3rd visit to Eagle Crest and it never gets old.
