We stayed at the Holiday Inn from January 14 - 20, 2015. This is a nice place considering how hard the area was hit by the hurricane. Every day you could see little improvements throughout the resort. This is a great place for families, as it's not a party place. I would recommend though if staying to get a ocean view room on the main floor as these are nice for parents and kids. Great access to the beach and pathways. If you stay in the main building, do not stay above the restaurant. In the evening they have the entertainment show at the buffet restaurant and it can get extremely loud and noisy and is not great if you have children. The show goes for about two hours, we moved to a ocean view room, which was better. A big thank you to Carla at the front desk who was great at accommodating our needs.

Considering a hurricane devastated the Los Cabos area only a few short months before our stay there, it was obvious a lot of work had been done to get the resort partially re-opened up quickly. The staff were the best we have encountered anywhere, and the resort and rooms were the cleanest we have experienced. We can't wait to stay there again in the future.

The grounds are beautiful!
The rooms were trying to get back in shape after the hurricane hit. The couches and table/chairs needed replaced I'm sure from the hurricane. By the time we left new couches were being delivered. They were down to 2 restaurants while we were there but the food was good. Choices changed daily at dinner.
The entertainment staff (Alan) at the main pool was incredible. We had a great time with the pool activities and the mid-morning bike ride. Alan takes pride in taking care of the guests. All staff are very accommodating and proud to be part of the hotel.
Once they are fully recovered from the storm damage it will be a 5 star plus rating! We will be back.

This resort did such a great job and they were only 70% up and running due to the hurricane in Sept 2014. The 2 restaurants they had open served excellent food and a great variety. The staff was wonderful. They only had 3 pools open. The main pool still wasn't open, but the other pool were nice and the adult pool was relaxing and very quiet. Alma at the Adult Pool Bar was excellent!! and Oscar in the buffet was wonderful. All the staff helped me with my Spanish.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT IN SAN JOSE DEL CABO. ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM CABO SAN LUCAS. OCEANFRONT PROPERTY. VERY CLEAN. STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND ALL SPOKE VERY GOOD ENGLISH

Most of the coast was touched by the last hurricane. Hotels are in process of recovery.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The food was great and the service was excellent. We enjoyed a lot the live music at night.
