Overall the stay was amazing. The highlight for me was the food and service in the Kitchen. In particular Jon And Jobi were superstars. My advice is to upgrade to the premium all inclusive package. Ift includes all the food, drinks and non motorized sports along with a complimentary massage. This really included all food and drink in every restaurant and bar on the island. It is a step above the all inclusive. It is pricey, but you will make out in the end and stay is then stress free. It even includes free room service and minibar. My kids loved it and when you view food prices, it is really worth it. My recommendation is eat at the Kitchen for Dinner. The food and service is 5 star and views are amazing. I can't complement the staff of the kitchen enough. The kitchen is also included in the premium all inclusive rate. That alone paid for itself.
I was immediately recognized as an Espire elite member and provided a few extra amenities by the GM which were very beneficial for the stay. The boat ride was very nice and started the trip off nicely. If you contact the hotel directly they may provide a discount on the boat transfer.
We stayed in 2 of the beach houses with a sea view. Rooms 157 and 158. The location of those rooms were very ideal. Try to book rooms near the pool for convenience. Rooms were nice, but not luxurious. They are definitely beach houses. My biggest complaint regarding the rooms is the deck furniture is not comfortable and the void deck does not have a deck, but is just sand. However, it is on the beach. Rooms need a bit of a refresh, but they are more than adequate and comfortable and service is great. In my opinion, the best room locations were the beach houses just to the left side (west side) of the pool area right on the beach. They have the best views and are close to amenities. The over the water villas were a bit far from all the amenities, maybe a 5-10 minutes walk on the beach.
My only real negative or suggestion is the cleanliness of the beach chair area and the the fact that it was rare to have someone come by on the beach to ask if you needed a drink or food. Most often you were required to walk to the bar to order a drink or food. The small tables around the beach chairs were often dirty and full of used glasses or cigarettes.
Overall, everyone left extremely happy. The water sports and snorkeling kept us all entertained. Amenities could be improved and beach area cleanliness needs attention, but I was not at all disappointed. I also recommend at least doing the dolphin cruise. Whether you see Dolphins or not, it is a great trip around the bay and islands.

It is hard to say that something is perfect but this holiday was close to it. There was almost nothing to fault about the stay and the service we received. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that we will do everything we can to get back there.
