We stayed two nights in this hotel because my daughter was taking part in the Brighton Marathon. We had 3 rooms booked for 6 of us. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Parking was
free. The nearest railway station was a ten minute walk from the hotel. The guest room was comfortable but basic. Tea and coffee making facilities were supplied. We found the bed to be huge but very hard, resulting in a poor night's sleep as my arms and hands went numb. I had to resort to tablets to enable a better sleep the 2nd night! Breakfast was basic, although there was a reasonable choice of cereals and hot foods such as porridge, sausages and egg, but no bacon. I tried to get some fruit juice both mornings, but got water instead!
There is a Harvester pub on the same site, so we ate there the first night. That was good with a very good choice. [Less]
