Reception staff not helpfull or friendly, everything else was great.
First, I want to compliment you with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the room. We had a great, spacious room with a nice view on the 8th floor of the hotel. Also breakfast was great,
very friendly staff and good food.
But I was very unpleased about the staff from reception.
When we arrived around noon we asked if there were any rooms available, but unfortunately there weren't. That was not a problem for us because we could storage our luggage and call the hotel in an hour to check if our room was ready. We called after one hour but the person who answered the phone was very rude and said no the room is not ready. She made me feel like a fool that I was calling to check if the room was ready, even though the man behind reception even gave me an information card with the phone number on.
Later on when we checked in my wifi did not work. I went to the front desk and the girl tried to help me a bit but it didn't seem like she knew a lot about how to connect with the internet. So after one minute she said she couldn't help me and that was it.
When we arrived back in the hotel around midnight I asked another person behind the front desk, but he didn't even check anything he just said he didn't get any other complaints about the internet so it is probably my device so he couldn't help me. And again we were dismissed.
I had to make costs using my 3G internet instead of wifi because I needed the internet and was counting on using wifi in the hotel. I was very unpleased about the staff helped me with my problem. [Less]
