Very Nice!

Awesome location, comfortable and beautiful rooms... the band was awesome Friday night in the lobby. Stunning decor throughout the hotel. Whatever you do, don't stay at the hotel across the street! [More] Huge disappointment. [Less]
Anniversary Stay
By Trey03
For the most part, it was an excellent stay. We loved the Bourbon Bar in the lobby, the service and selection were excellent. The room was a bit small but very well appointed and very clean. The few [More] small things that kept the stay from being a 5 star were the wait to get our room (We were promised an early check in but ended up waiting 2 hours. I am sure it would have been shorter had I made a big deal of it, but we were taking full advantage of the bar and didnt have anywhere we needed to be) and that the hot tub was shut down. Also, I was surprised to find that this hotel did not have a steam room or sauna. [Less]

my over all stay was nice. the room was clean and comfortable. but the staff had attitude issues. I ask a few question about the hotel and area and I was treated or answered like I should know the [More] answer.. and the check in guy was just rude. I understand this is considered to be an upscale hotel but why be so rude to the common people who just wanted to enjoy the hotel. [Less]

A Fantastic Find
By Namreh S.
This hotel was a fantastic find in my opinion! It is tucked in a nice quiet location, and puts me in mind of a boutique hotel which made for a nice and cozy stay. Reserving our room was so smooth. [More] Checking-in was very easy and did not take no more than about three minutes. Upon entering the hotel, two members of the staff immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help with our luggage or anything for that matter. At this point, we are already amazed at the atmosphere and decor of the lobby and dining area. I wish I had my photos ready for this post; but hopefully I can upload them after-the-fact. Upon arriving at our room, we loved the fragrance in the corridor. Our room was beautiful upon entering. We literally loved everything about it. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was nicely furnished and very clean! The only downsides to our room are minor; but if they can be addressed, it would make the greatest difference in one's stay: 1) The heating/cooling unit runs well; but it is very noisy in cooling mode. While my wife was using her tablet to watch a video via wi-fi, the unit drowned out the volume making it difficult for her to hear. Also, we had to increase the volume of the television a lot until it cycled off. 2) There is no mini fridge for guests to keep snacks and/or beverages cold during their stay. This and having no microwave is the greatest inconvenience. We usually like to get certain things from an area store (juices, snacks, water, etc.) to keep in our room to snack on after we've settled in for the day and prior to going to bed. The items are over-priced. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying. I also highly recommend trying their breakfast. DO pay the additional fee to have it included with your stay because it does have a high price tag. However the food is tip-top quality. The two young ladies who served us at breakfast during our stay were so sweet, kind, and professional; and they just made our days that much brighter before setting out to enjoy ourselves. [Less]

very nice place, I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the TV didn't have the annoying start menu, and the bar was well stocked, unless you want RedBull [Less]

I took a group of Track and Field (High School) young adults, to compete in Sectionals meet. The property was clean and rooms were clean. The time 10:00 had everyone settled down and in rooms. It was [More] a great place to get them rested and prepared for the meet. [Less]
