A good value: clean; caring staff
By R. Monteiro
The front desk staff are friendly and genuine. Room was clean. Heating - AC unit was quiet. Overall a good place to stay in the area. [Less]
A good value in NJ
By R. Monteiro
The welcome' upon arrival was honest and courteous. I found the room to be very spacious and the heating/cooling unit was extremely quiet. I am used to a king bed, so the queen was a little [More] smaller than I am used to, and the pillows were all 'soft' which for me isn't my preference. This is not a criticism just my opinion of what was there versus my preference. Bed was comfortable. A good choice for stays in the area. [Less]

Clean rooms
By Nickdeg1
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The area had many things in close proximity. I am from Syracuse NY and it was easy to find my way around. The staff was also very nice and accommodative. [Less]
Nice Place to Stay

We would stay at this location again. Just off interstate, makes it easy to travel in either direction. Train station just blocks away. [Less]
Great accomodations and helpful staff.
By J9MT
We had 7 rooms reserved for my mothers 85th birthday and every reservation was exactly as we ordered. In fact, the girl at the counter (I believe it was LaToya?) went out of her way to accommodate us [More] by giving me and my daughter adjoining rooms. The shuttle service to the Brownstone was on time and the pickup was also on time. This was a great convenience for my family. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food in the restaurant was also good. [Less]
Good Business Hotel in Totowa Area
By Bobby D - Richmond
Good property in the heart of the Wayne / Totowa area. Hotel has a good restaurant, which seems more and more rare these days. The wait staff was friendly and helpful and there were some nice [More] specials on the menu. This is an older building but seems to be maintained. There is also good workspace in the room. Upon check-in I was told, “we want you to be happy, if you aren’t for some reason we want to fix that and make you happy”. It seems as though this is genuine, and I appreciated my interactions with the team there. [Less]
decent rooms
By RJM20
The room were not bad. The bed was comfortable. I had a great view and it was an overall great experience. I just wish I will be able to get a free night stay. [Less]
