I spend a lot of time at this hotel. They are all great people. I have always stayed at a Holiday Inn Express but after meeting these people I chose to stay here and glad I did. It has been over a [More] year that I canceled my stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the road and stayed here and am not sorry I did. The General Manager is awesome. [Less]

Wonderful Service
By Debgen1
I just wanted to commend your staff, particularly Natasha, the night manager. She was so upbeat, courteous and a great example of customer service. I arrived at the hotel late last night to find a [More] smiling friendly face welcoming me in such a nice manner. She was that way with everyone and it was a breath of fresh air. My experience at the hotel since this has been my second stay was wonderful. Only one exception, for me, the heating, cooling vents were really loud. Other than that everything was excellent. Breakfast was great also. Thanks for doing a great job and providing good training to your staff and value to your customers. Debbie G. [Less]
Comfort when away from home
By Penguin11
This hotel is the closest one to work when I travel. So, it's good that the atmosphere is gorgeous. I love the stair case :) I would like to see a better variety of food offered on the menu though [More] and to be honest with what the food actually is; ex...when you say "fresh calamari" - that doesn't mean breaded and previously frozen. All in all, the food is tasty. I would also request that the gym open at 4 -5 AM instead of 6am - most business people need to be at work and need to shower before work. 6am opening for the gym is much too late - especially in comparison of other Holiday Inn's where the gym in open all night. Very inconvenient. I do like this place though. Staff is always friendly and helpful. [Less]
Comfortable, friendly and convenient
By LGF Horses
I stop at this hotel overnight before traveling into NYC on business the next day. It is easy to get to from Rt 78 and a quick drive into NYC. It is quiet and safe and clean - all that I need for a [More] relaxing overnight stay after a long drive. It is also convenient to shops and restaurants that I enjoy. The staff is very friendly and they allowed my two small dogs with no hassles. [Less]

Nice stay, if a bit pricey
By brinoyb
This property is updated, and clean. The staff are friendly and good at what they do. The bar and food service are excellent. I booked late and stayed in one of the more expensive rooms and that was [More] a bit pricey, but overall I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel. [Less]
Great service and comfortable room
By Rafael A
After a long travel day it was great to have front desk staff offer me a glass of wine upon check in. The room and bathroom was very well appointed and extremely clean; plenty of towels and bathroom [More] accessories and lots of easily accessible electrical outlets for charging my devices. Although the hardwood floors tend to amplify sound from above, it lends to the cleanliness of the room. The gym was very clean with water cooler and towels and included treadmills, stationary bikes, a bench and dumbbells; a multi-exercise machine would have been a great addition. The staff was very courteous and very pleasant and the food and drink variety at the hotel restaurant/bar was excellent. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo and IHG. [Less]
