Would stay again.
First time to the Jersey area. We were there for a football game. Staff was very helpful and we had a very comfortable stay. There were restaurant's near by. The only disappointment would be they [More] offered a shuttle but only certain times of the day and to certain people. Had no problems with getting cabs or taking the train. Trip was good for our first experience of not having a rental car. Would stay again at this property [Less]
Accommodating Staff

I currently work for Amtrak railroad and am a weekly guest at the Staybridge Suites North Brunswick. Recently our work hours have changed and due to this we are not afforded the opportunity to eat [More] breakfast. As soon as this was addressed the staff immediately solved the issue and began preparing continental breakfast to go bags to accommodate us. This is by far the best IHG property I have ever stayed at. This shows the staff's willingness and priority to guest and corrective action for any problem. [Less]

Great location with easy access off US Hwy 1. Quiet neighborhood. Full breakfast menu with comfortable seating and pleasant views of greenbelt. Cozy seating next to fireplace. Very friendly staff. [Less]
Location is a short walk to everything!

The hotel is nice with kind accomodating staff. This location was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the theaters, subway and shopping. We were able to get around Manhattan very quickly on the [More] subway. Restaurants all around with quite a lot of choices and very fair pricing. Some very good choices within the same block. The room was comfortable and quite. The room steward did a nice job restocking and making up the room while we were out. Our only complaint; the carpet could have used a shampoo, it flooked dirty and the bottom of the shower curtain was mildewed. The recommended parking lot is kind of out of the way and expensive at $55 a day with all taxes included. No deal with the hotel. Other lots are nearby with lower pricing. You can find lower prices if you purchase advanced parking online. All in all we had a good time, a good stay and would return. [Less]

Overall a nice visit. I requested the Ny times and did not receive it the first two days. I went down to the registration desk and the woman said that I did receive it. And her only explanation was [More] that perhaps someone took it. Well, I called later that day from the room and though she said it showed that I was supposed to receive the paper she said I would begin receiving it. And I did the next three days. One other issue, I had a problem with my credit card and a letter was put under my door requesting to bring another card downstairs. Instead I called my credit card company and resolved the issue. I then called and think I was connected to your business office. He ran my card through and said it was okay. I left the room to get coffee and I was locked out of the room. I had to go to the front desk twice to get back in the room. The first front desk person didn't notice why the key was blocked. He thought he activated the key. But it didn't work so had to go downstairs again. Spoke to another person this time and she noticed why the key was blocked. She told me that security would meet me at my door. But all this would not have happened if the business office noted my credit card was okay and not to have the key deactivated. It requires training your staff to think through the situation and not just resolve the issue at hand. [Less]
