Nice Place to stay
By Deena7
Very Honest Hotel Staff. Great place to stay if you are visiting Raleigh. Approximately, 5 - 10 mins from various shopping, Universities, museums, etc. Very nice and caring staff, from Front desk [More] personnel to housekeeping staff. Will stay here again. [Less]
What a great hotel!
By NicoleC
I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a great experience. The beds are the best of any I've ever slept on in a hotel and the front desk staff members are always genuinely [More] friendly with warm smiles. The workout room, pool, and hot tub are top notch and breakfast is always great. The only thing I'd suggest is that the cinnamon rolls be warmed just a little more...they were cold this visit, so not nearly as wonderful as they usually are. Just a thought... :o) [Less]
Overall Experience
By bgscout4
Hotel was in the process of being remodeled so there was some disarray in the lobby area. Rooms were clean and new décor was nice. Breakfast was not very good, but it was free, so it was good enough. [More] Only one elevator in a 12 story hotel is not adequate. [Less]

Promising hotel experience after renovations are completed. New rooms are a nice upgrade. Can't wait to see the rest after completion. [Less]

Great service
By brady1212
The manager and her staff were more like family members than the usual hotel staff you sometimes run into. The location was the best suited for the reason for my stay; and how lucky was I to stay [More] here. After the first day/night I was greeted by name (as was my family) and just felt like someone special. This may sound corny but I was sad to say goodbye to them. I don't normally do survey's but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. [Less]
